One North Gate is an office building located in the northern area of Bucharest, as part of Pipera office area.

The building is placed at the junction of Pipera Boulevard with Bucuresti Nord Road, across of Porsche Nord (Audi) and 500 meters from Pipera Passage.

Pipera area is one of the main business districts of Bucharest, having developed during the last 10 years with a varied mixed of new buildings, including offices to let, auto showrooms, restaurants, retail area etc.  

The car access has improved during the late years through the completion of Pipera Passage over Barbu Vacarescu, respectively through the enlargement of Pipera Boulevard to 2-lanes each way. The location benefits from a direct and rapid access to the new business district from Aurel Vailcu metro, the junction of Pipera Road with Barbu Vacarescu and Calea Floreasca. The public transport is made through shuttle-buses.

One North Gate is a mixed use project, delivered in 2006, that includes an A-class office building and a 2nd building that is currenly under process to be converted into residential, under the One North Lofts name.
