The United Business Center 0 (UBC 0) office building in the Iulius Town Timisoara mixed complex has a 2S+S+Dp+D+15F+2Et structure and a total leasable area of 32,000 sqm.

UBC 0 will represent the new generation of premium office buildings in Timişoara, combining elements of contemporary architecture with state-of-the-art technical equipment, which have a major impact on employee comfort and responsible consumption of resources.

The building will benefit from the implementation of Building Management System (BMS) technology, which will help monitor and control integrated ventilation, lighting, electricity, security and protection equipment. At the same time, UBC 0 is designed and built according to international principles for green buildings, being in the process of LEED certification, a standard developed by the US Green Building Council that measures the implementation of sustainability criteria. To encourage mobility through alternative means of transport, the building has showers and changing rooms for cyclists, as well as dedicated spaces for parking bicycles and charging stations for electric cars.

UBC 0 is the fourth office building within United Business Center Timișoara. Part of the mixed-use complex Iulius Town, it offers access to numerous services and facilities, such as: a retail area with over 450 brands, themed restaurants and cafes, a food court, the largest fitness center in the country, a multiplex cinema with 12 rooms, including the VIP concept, educational facilities, medical services and more, offices of public institutions, but also a 5-hectare park.
