West Business Campus project is located in the western part of Bucharest, in Preciziei area, adjoinign the new Renault headquarters and Preciziei metro station.

The project’s vicinities have recorded an important real estate activity over the last 10 years, being delivered major projects around Preciziei metro station, including A class and B class offices, a students’ campus, retail units, while new projects are under planning.

The car access is made throughout Preciziei Street, a one-lane each way route with tram lines, running parallel with Iuliu Maniu Boulevard, the main route in western Capital, connecting the central area with the exit towards Pitesti.

The public transport includes Preciziei metro station and tram stop at 5 minutes walking from the building (Preciziei Street), respectively bus and trolley-bus stops at 10 minutes walking (Iuliu Maniu Blvd.).

West Business Campus is a new office project, developed following a B class office reconversion of former industrial premises. The project is planned to be developed in 4 phases, to reach a total of 23,000 sq m of office space.

The first phase, already completed in June 2020, has 3,600 sq m and includes open-space areas developed over ground floor and 1^st floor. In front of the building there is an exterior parking area.  

The next phases of development accumulate 20,000 m2 of spaces to be delivered on request, arranged on the ground floor + first floor.
