Splay is a new office building located in central Bucharest, in Eroilor – Cotroceni area, adjoining the Romanian Opera House and in walking distance from Eroilor and Izvor metro stations.

The building spreads in between Mihail Kogalniceanu Boulevard (northern facade across of the Faculty of Law) and Splaiul Independentei – Dambovita River (southern facade across of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine).

Splay is placed at 250 meters distance from Izvor Park, 650 meters distance from Cismigiu Park, respectively at 1.6 km from the University Square.

The accessibility is excellent, the area being provided with rapid auto connections: Mihail Kogalniceanu Boulevard coming from Eroilor and western Bucharest, respectively Splaiul Independentei coming from downtown – Unirii Square.

The public transport includes two metro stations in walking distance, with access to 3 metro lines: Eroilor (5 minutes walking) and Izvor (7-8 minutes walking). In addition, there are bus and trolley bus stops in front of the building and in 5 minutes walking distance, providing connections to various areas of the city.

Splay is an A class new office building completed in 2020, developed along underground, ground floor and 7 upper floors (last floor withdrawn), having a typical floor area of 320 sq m GLA.
