Bucharest Landmark - SKYTOWER is part of a mixed project that includes also a 16,000 sq m office building let by Raiffeisen Bank and Promenada Mall shopping centre (40,300 sq m GLA).

The building is located in northern Bucharest, as part of the new business district developed around Aurel Vlaicu metro station, at the crossroad of Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard with Calea Floreasca and Pipera Road.

The car accessibility benefits from direct links with Charles de Gaulle Square (2.5 km) - Victoriei Square (4 km) and “Henri Coanda” International Airport etc. The public transport includes metro (Aurel Vlaicu station), bus and tram stops placed in the vicinity of the tower.    

SKYTOWER is the highest building in Romania, with 36 floors above the ground floor and a total height of 137 meters (5U+GF+36F+37 technical floor). The tower was completed in 2013 and is provided with a state-of-the-art architecture and excellent visibility from most of the northern areas of the Capital.
