Riverplace is an A class business park located in western Bucharest, Semanatoarea area, in front of Petrache Poenaru metro station.

The business park is placed on Splaiul Independentei, with Dambovita river in front, in between Virtutii Road (550 meters) and Basarab Bridge – Orhideea (1.1 km).

The area is registering a significant real estate redevelopment, including A class buildings and new residential blocks, the main project being the urban reconversion of Semanatoarea platform out of which Riverplace is also part.

The main car access is made from Splaiul Independentei, a major route running parallel with Dambovita River in between Morii Lake – Virtutii Road and Unirii Square, the Capital’s ground zero. The area is provided with rapid access to the central and western areas, respectively towards the business districts Orhideea and Victoriei Square (CBD). The new bridge Splaiul Independentei – A1 is under construction in front of the complex, being designed to connect the area with the city exit towards Pitesti.

The public transport includes Petrache Poenaru metro and bus stop in front of the business park, respectively tram line 41 and buses in 5-7 minutes walking distance (junction with Virtutii Road).

Riverplace is a modern business park completed in 2008-2009, including two buildings of A class standards and BREEAM certification: Riverview House (2U+GF+8/14) and Atrium House (2U+GF+5).

The business park has a total of 46,959 sq m GLA, providing 1,500-3,000 sq m GLA per floor.
