Metroffice is an office park under development on Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard, the largest office district in Bucharest. The park has an excellent location, being placed right across of Pipera metro station.

The accessibility in B.Vacarescu - D.Pompeiu area has witnessed improvements in the late years, with further projects being planned on medium term. Public transport includes metro (Pipera) in front of the park, respecectively tram lines with stops in the immediate proximity. The access towards the other major office districts in northern Bucharest (B.Vacarescu, Pipera, Victoriei) is easy and direct.

Metroffice is a mixed-use project developed by Immofinanz, including 3 office buildings (40,400 sq m), together with other functions (hotel, retail). The 1^st office building (2U+GF+M+4) of 20,543 sq m GLA was delivered in the end of 2016.
