EXPO Business Park is located in northern Bucharest, Expozitiei area, at the junction of Expozitiei Boulevard with Aviator Popisteanu Street, at 450 meters from 1 Mai metro station.

The location is placed at 600 meters distance from Romexpo exhibition complex and 1.5 km from Piata Presei Libere.

The area is dominated by Romexpo Exhibition Center, surrounded by offices, World Trade Center and hotels (Pullmann, Crowne Plaza, Ramada).

Expozitiei area is witnessing an accelerated redevelopment activity that includes major office and residential projects, along with the new M6 metro line to connect the area directly to Henri Coanda International Airport.
